If you have purchased a pouchee product from a retail location, please return to point of purchase. pouchee cannot accept returns for items purchased through retail locations.

At pouchee®, every pouchee purse organizer or other product sold meets our highest standards for quality. Our goal is to honestly evaluate every return and make a reasonable decision on every claim.

Returns

It is the pouchee policy to issue a full refund minus the freight charge and 20% re-stocking for any pouchee returned in perfect condition in the original protection bag within 30 days of purchase.  If the pouchee is defective the 20% restocking does not apply. 

Exchanges

It is the pouchee policy to issue an exchange for any pouchee returned in its original condition in the original protection bag within 30 days of purchase.  If the item(s) are not in the original packaging with usable tags, a 10% restocking fee applies.  Client must pay shipping charges for mailing of the color/item requested in exchange.
