Q: Why should I choose a Pouchee purse organizer?
A: Pouchee purse organizers are a patented design that is unique because of its compact size and versatility. The size of the Pouchee appears small, but it is expandable to hold all your essentials. Each pocket in the Pouchee is designed for maximum purse organization and ease of use. In addition, it is cute! Pouchee makes a great gift because of the cute and fun colors.
Q: How big is the Pouchee?
A: We have 2 sizes of Pouchee purse organizers. The original size (Cotton & Outback styles) and the larger size called the Pouchee Plus. The original size is 7.5" x 5.25" x 3.5" and the larger size is 9" x 6" x 3.5"
Q: How do I clean the Pouchee purse organizer?
A: On the Outback and Pouchee Plus styles, you can use a damp cloth to clean. For the Cotton style, you can machine wash; however, please note that because it is made of cotton, it will act like cotton, which means the color will probably fade or run a bit. For machine washing the cotton style, please wash by itself using cold water, gentle cycle, and air dry.
Q: Where else can I use the Pouchee?
A: The Pouchee purse organizer is a great product because of its versatility. You can use it in your purse, briefcase, diaper bag, gym bag, beach bag, luggage, etc. With the Pouchee, you never have to worry about leaving something in your other bag and switching between purses is easy.
Q: What is the difference between the Original style Pouchee and the Pouchee Plus?
A: The Pouchee Plus has all the same features of the original pouchee with some additions. The Pouchee Plus is larger, the credit card pockets are on the inside, there is a security pocket on the outside, and it comes with a detachable strap. So you can use the Pouchee Plus to organize your large bags, but if you don't want to use a large bag, you can attach the strap to make it a small purse as well. The Pouchee Plus is both an organizer and a small purse.
Q: Where are your products made?
A: Pouchee products are made in China and distributed in the US. Manufacturing in China allows us to offer our product for a reasonable price. We choose to distribute our products through independent gift boutiques across the country, which means that we support local economies in almost every town by delivering a great product at a great price.
Q: How do you say Pouchee?
A: Pouchee is pronounced Pow-chee. Like a Pouch. Pouchee!
Q: What is your return policy?
It is the pouchee policy to issue a full refund minus the freight charge and 20% re-stocking for any pouchee returned in perfect condition in the original protection bag within 30 days of purchase. If the pouchee is defective the 20% restocking does not apply. Please call us at 864-335-0580 regarding any defective products.

Exchanges
It is the pouchee policy to issue an exchange for any pouchee returned in its original condition in the original protection bag within 30 days of purchase. If the item(s) are not in the original packaging with usable tags, a 10% restocking fee applies. Client must pay shipping charges for mailing of the color/item requested in exchange.
